EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S):

Received your Gym Wear but something's not quite right? No problem!

Exchanges can be made for a different size, allowing you to return the unwanted item(s) as part of the Exchange/returns process, whilst opting for a different size to be delivered out to you instead. And the best part is, exchanges for the same item are free, but must be made within 14 days of receiving your order!

IS AN EXCHANGE GUARANTEED ONCE REQUESTED?

Unfortunately, No! If you select to exchange, stock isn't immediately reserved and it's possible that the item(s) requested are no longer available when processed. If this is the case, you'll be contacted by our team via email and we will work out the best possible solution to suit you. 

Any unwanted product must be returned within 14 days from the moment your Iron Animal order is delivered.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

​We are aware sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you could want to exchange or return it. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 14 days. 

In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

Please keep all proof of return postage as we may need to view these as part of your return.

 

How To Exchange/Return Items?

Please send your items in a secure and sealed package. Print our address below and take photos as evidence through all stages. For any Exchanges please follow the same steps but firstly speak to a member of our team to arrange the exchange of your new item to be sent.
